Registering for Classes

Registration for NVDTC classes is ONLY accepted between a session’s registration opening date and closing date. Except for continuing classes, register for classes by clicking on green button below to fill out registration forms to mail in. Visit our 2025 Session Schedule for opening and closing registration dates for each of our 2025 sessions.

NOTE: Freestyle classes from Dogs Can Dance® are taught by Judy Gamet.

Session 4, 2025 registration opens Monday, May 5, 2025 and closes Monday, May 26, 2025. Paperwork & Payment due by June 2, 2025.

Session 4 classes run from June 9th to July 19th

IMPORTANT

You are NOT registered for a class until all paperwork and payment is received in our office. Forms sent in without payment & shot records, if required, will not be accepted.

For extra assurance your payment/paperwork is received by our office in time, place into an envelope with your name & class and drop into NVDTC’s drop box located next to club entrance.

*Forms include a training application, a questionnaire, and a class selection page in ONE PDF document. You can print the forms and fill out or you can fill out online then print out. Once filled out, mail all three pages to 68 Coombs Street #7, Napa CA 94559 with check made out to NVDTC, along with shot records if required.

If you are taking a puppy, adolescent, or a good manners 1 class OR if your dog is new to NVDTC, you must also include a copy of your dog’s shot records from your vet when mailing in your paperwork.

IMPORTANT: For admittance to class, you must fill out all required paperwork and provide to our office by the closing date either by mail or by dropping off in drop box located outside of our facility entrance located at 68 Coombs, Building N.

REGISTRATION CHECK LIST:

First — Download and fill out registration forms* which includes training application, questionnaire, and class selection (all in one PDF document).
Second — Mail in check & completed documents and, if required, dog's shot records or drop off all in marked envelope in DROP BOX (as pictured in image),
Third — Before attending class, receive confirmation from our staff you have been accepted into the class or classes you have registered for.
Fourth — Before attending class, read associated materials if taking puppy, adolescent, Good Manners 1 or if you or your dog has not previously taken classes at NVDTC.
